About the competition
The Asia World Spirits Competition is run by The Tasting Alliance, a Singapore-based organisation founded in 2019. Every entry is judged blind, meaning the panel tastes each spirit without knowing the brand, producer or price.
Coastal Gin: Double Gold
Coastal Gin is our take on a classic dry gin, built around juniper and brightened with local citrus like finger lime, blood lime, lemon and grapefruit. Coastal botanicals including lemon myrtle, saltbush and a touch of oyster shell round it out with a hint of coastal minerality. Double Gold means every judge on the panel rated it Gold independently.
White Sands Vodka: Gold
White Sands Vodka is made with ultra-pure Jervis Bay rainwater, triple distilled for smoothness. It carries a subtle coastal minerality that gives it a distinctive mouthfeel among Australian vodkas.
Bay Aperitivo: Silver
Bay Aperitivo takes inspiration from the Amalfi Coast and reworks it with Australian botanicals: blood orange, grapefruit, mandarin, saltbush and honey bush. It’s built for spritzes, Negronis, or simply on the rocks.
