40 ml Salted Caramel Vodka
20 ml Apple Liquer
25 ml Lemon Juice
60 ml Pineapple Juice

Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously, double-strain into a martini glass and garnish with an apple fan or lemon twist.
