30 ml Rose Gin
30 ml Limoncello
10ml simple syrup
2-3 drops Peach Bitters
60 ml Prosecco
15 ml Soda
Fresh Strawberries

Start by muddling 2-3 fresh strawberries into a boston glass.
Then add remaining ingredients (except Prosecco & soda) and shake vigorously. Then strain into a wine glass with ice and top with prosecco and soda. Garnish with some strawberry slices.
