SPARKLING SOUR
Ingredients
Into a cocktail shaker add:
- 30ml Citrus Gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions
Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and top up with champagne or a quality sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel for that summer zing.
