Jervis Bay Distilling Co – Shipping Policy

We deliver alcohol within Australia only. International orders cannot be accepted at this time.

All deliveries comply with applicable state and territory liquor laws. We do not offer same-day or express alcohol delivery — all orders are next-day or later delivery.

2.1. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2.2. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 2–8 business days depending on your address. Regional or remote areas may experience longer time frames.

2.3. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

3.1. Alcohol deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 years or over. Acceptable proof of age (driver’s licence, passport or proof-of-age card) may be required at delivery.

3.2. If an eligible recipient is unavailable and no authority to leave has been provided, redelivery fees may apply.

3.3. By purchasing from us, you agree that alcohol will not be left unattended unless you have given express authority to leave and we deem the location safe and compliant.

3.4. We support the Responsible Service of Alcohol and reserve the right to refuse or cancel delivery if we suspect the recipient is under 18 years of age or intoxicated.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location and order size. From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed
on our website.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to an 18+ recipient or, where authority to leave has been granted, when they are left at the nominated address.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact our customer service team at info@jervisbaydistilling.com.au.
We will assist in tracking or replacing the item where appropriate under the Australian Consumer Law.
