Sea Mist Martini

Into a cocktail shaker add:

• 45ml Coastal gin or Citrus Gin
• 5ml Blue Curacao
• 15ml simple syrup
• 30ml lemon juice
• 1 egg white

Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass or coup.

Citrus rim: Combine salt, sugar and citrus peel of your choice (we use orange peel) onto a plate.

Then using a piece of citrus fruit, rub some of the juice onto the rim of the glass, and then dip the glasses rim into the citrus peel blend.
