SPARKLING ROSE 75
Ingredients
Into a cocktail shaker add:
- 30ml of Rose Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
Instructions
Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a Champagne glass or coup. Top up with a champagne or quality sparkling wine. Garnish with a rose petal, edible flower or strawberry.
