Our classic coastal gin is laid to rest in ex-Hunter Valley Shiraz barrels. Over time the barrel imparts rich shiraz fruit characteristics while the barrel lightly adds some oak and spice creating a complex and delicious blend of flavours. This is a barrel release product and so bottles are limited!
