White Sands Leisure Club – Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

The White Sands Leisure Club is Jervis Bay Distilling Co’s free loyalty program that rewards our community for their ongoing support and engagement. By joining, you agree to these Loyalty Program Terms, which operate in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Membership is free, and open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

As a member of the White Sands Leisure Club, you’ll enjoy:

• Free shipping on orders of $30 or more;
• $10 store credit for every $100 spent online;
• $1 store credit for each approved product review;
• Next-day local delivery for orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Thurs); and
• Exclusive first access to new products, promotions, and events.

Benefits may be updated or withdrawn from time to time at our discretion, but any accrued store credits will remain valid in accordance with clause 5 below.

3.1. To earn or redeem store credits, you must be logged into your White Sands Leisure Club account at the time of purchase or review submission.

3.2. Membership is non-transferable and limited to one account per individual.

3.3. By joining, you consent to receiving occasional email updates relating to your membership, reward balances, promotions, and product launches in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

(a) Purchases

• Members earn $10 store credit for every $100 spent (excluding shipping, discounts, and taxes).
• Store credit will be applied to your account once the order has been successfully fulfilled and paid in full.

(b) Product Reviews

We value genuine and constructive feedback. Members can earn $1 store credit for each approved product review that meets our guidelines.

To qualify for review rewards:

• You must be logged into your White Sands Leisure Club account when submitting your review;
• Reviews must be based on your own genuine experience with the product;
• You can earn store credit for up to 5 reviews per month; and
• Duplicate or copied reviews will not be approved.

Helpful reviews typically include:

• Notes on flavour, aroma and style;
• Why you purchased the product;
• How you enjoyed it (e.g. neat, on ice, in a cocktail, or with a specific mixer); and
• Whether you would recommend it to others.

Reviews will not be approved if they contain:

• Swearing or obscene language;
• Defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive content;
• Personal attacks on Jervis Bay Distilling Co. or team members;
• Content that endangers others’ safety or privacy; or
• Any reference to or encouragement of irresponsible alcohol consumption.

All reviews that meet our guidelines will be published on our website and are eligible for store credit.

• Store credits can be redeemed against future purchases at checkout.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used to purchase gift cards.
• Credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, after which they will automatically expire.

• Free shipping applies to orders of $30 or more after discounts and before taxes.
• “Next-day local delivery” is available to the following eligible postcodes in our designated local delivery zone (2540, 2535, 2534, 2533, 2539, 2528) for orders placed before 12pm Monday–Thursday. Delivery terms may vary during public holidays or peak periods.

The White Sands Leisure Club is operated in accordance with the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We do not award, promote, or incentivise excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption in any form.
