Ingredients

30 ml Limoncello

1 scoop Lemon Sorbet

60 ml Prosecco

Instructions

Begin by adding a scoop of sorbet into boston glass, then pour limoncello on top. Gently mix with bar spoon until ingredients combine. Pour into champagne flute or coupe, top with prosecco and garnish with fresh raspberries on a cocktail stick.
