A genuine working distillery, 2 minutes from Huskisson

The Jervis Bay Distilling Co. cellar door sits inside our working warehouse in the Woollamia Industrial Estate. It’s where our coastal-inspired gins, vodkas, aperitifs and liqueurs are actually made and bottled, and where you can taste them straight from the source.

This isn’t a staged tasting room or a formal tour. It’s a real distillery, open during weekday hours, where you’ll find the people who make the products and can ask them anything.

Taste where it’s made

Come in, try a few things, and find what suits you. Depending on the day, you might see bottles being labelled, stock being packed, or a new batch being prepared. It’s the unglamorous, honest side of craft spirits, and we think that’s exactly what makes it interesting.

Our award-winning range is available to taste and buy directly. Citrus Gin, Rose Gin, Limoncello with Yuzu, White Sands Vodka, and more, all made right here on the NSW South Coast.

Talk to the distillers

The people pouring your taste are usually the same people who made it. Ask about botanicals, distilling methods, what goes into the citrus-led flavours, or just which bottle to take home for a particular occasion. We’re happy to talk through all of it.

Good to know before you visit

Dogs are welcome, provided they’re comfortable in a working warehouse environment. Opening hours follow weekday warehouse hours and can vary around production and public holidays. Check our website or give us a call before making a special trip.

Defence and emergency services discount: We offer 10% off for ADF personnel and emergency service workers. Just present your APOD membership card or current emergency service ID at the cellar door when you purchase.

Do you run distillery tours?

Not formally. What we offer is better, in our opinion: a genuine working distillery where you can walk in, ask real questions, and see what’s actually happening that day.

Can I taste before buying?

Yes. A selection of spirits is available to taste. Note that our premix canned cocktails aren’t available for sampling at the cellar door.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, friendly and leashed dogs are welcome.
