Jervis Bay Blonde
Ingredients
Into a cocktail shaker build:
- Ice
- 60 ml Lillet Blanc
- 60 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 30 ml Citrus or Coastal Gin
- 15 ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 10ml Lemon Juice
Instructions
Inspired by the classic ‘French Blonde’ cocktail.
Shake ingredients vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
Strain into a coupe, champagne flute or a wine glass with ice. Then garnish with a lemon twist or edible flower. Enjoy!
