Bayroni
Ingredients
A play on the Negroni and the Enzoni, this cocktail requires you to add 3-5 grapes to a cocktail shaker and crush with a muddling stick. Then add
- 30ml Bay Aperitivo
- 30ml Coastal Gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
Instructions
Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a short glass with ice. Garnish with grapes on a wooden garnish stick.
